Our Peace of Mind promise
You have our Peace of Mind promise every time you shop with us. When you pay for your eFABE™ product by Google Checkout, credit card via Worldpay or PayPal, we will not process your payment until we have confirmed your order with you by telephone (land-line), ensuring you receive the right product for your needs. If we are unable to contact you to confirm your order, your payment will not be processed. Giving you peace of mind when buying on-line with eFABE™.
1 Year Guarantee
With every eFABE™ BELT LOOP product we sell comes a 1 Year Guarantee. In the unlikely event
of the cord breaking on your eFABE™ BELT LOOP,
you can send us the cord and beads and we will re-string your eFABE™ BELT LOOP free of charge.
Postage and Packing
Packing and Postage to anywhere in the UK (mainland) is FREE, unless otherwise stated. Shipping to the USA please add £2 to your order. Items are sent 1st Class Royal Mail post - letter, large letter or small packet.
We welcome customers from all over the world, however, If you are outside the UK or USA, please contact
us before placing your order.
Payment Options
Payment can be made by Credit
Card via WorldPay, Google Checkout button or request an invoice,
PayPal button or request email payment, by
Cheque (UK only ) or you can contact us and state you
wish to pay by credit card over the phone (UK only).
We will contact you to take your details over the phone for credit card payment.
(We can only accept credit card payment over the phone if you provide us with
your home telephone number).
Design colour's and availability
Designs and colour's may vary slightly from those shown
in our photos. We will contact you straight away, if the item you have chosen
goes out of stock. Most of our designs are one off pieces.
Other Information
Belts, bags and clothes shown in our photos are NOT
included.
